What This Costs

Home tech support is typically billed hourly or as a flat rate per job, depending on what's needed. Simple remote fixes (virus removal, slow computer cleanup) are usually flat-rate. Bigger jobs (data recovery, full network setup) are quoted after we understand what's involved. We'll give you an honest estimate before we start — no surprise bills.
